What If a Shipping Label Was Already Created?

Understanding your options when fulfillment has begun.

Updated over 2 months ago

Label Created = Fulfillment in Progress

When a shipping label is created, it means:

  • Your prescription has been filled

  • Your medication has been prepared and packaged

  • The package is ready for carrier pickup or has already been picked up

At this stage, cancellation is not possible and refunds are not available.

Why This Is the Cutoff Point

Prescription medications cannot be returned, re-used, or resold once dispensed — this is federal and state law, not a Good Girl Rx policy. The moment your medication is prepared and packaged for shipping, it cannot be returned to inventory even if you refuse delivery or return the package.

What You Can Do

If you don't want to use the medication:

Your subscription can still be canceled to prevent future shipments. See: How Do I Pause or Cancel My Subscription?

If you have concerns about the medication:

Message your provider through your portal. They can advise on whether to proceed with the treatment or discuss alternatives.

If you won't be home to receive the package:

Contact the carrier to hold the package for pickup or redirect to a secure location. Do not refuse delivery — this does not result in a refund.
