When Will My Order Ship?

Understanding order processing, shipping timelines, and what to expect.

Order Processing Timeline

After your treatment is approved and your payment is processed, your order goes through several stages before shipping:

1. Prescription Transmission (Same Day) Your prescription is sent electronically to our licensed pharmacy partner immediately after approval.

2. Pharmacy Verification (1 Business Day) A licensed pharmacist reviews and verifies your prescription against your medical profile.

3. Medication Preparation (1-2 Business Days) For compounded medications, your medication is prepared specifically for you based on your prescription. This is not a pre-made product — it is compounded to your specifications.

4. Quality Check and Packaging (Same Day) Your medication undergoes final quality verification and is packaged with appropriate temperature controls.

5. Shipment Pickup (Next Available Pickup) Packages are collected by the carrier (typically daily) for expedited shipping.


Estimated Total Timeline

From approval to delivery: 5-10 business days

  • Pharmacy processing: 1-3 business days

  • Shipping transit: 2-3 business days

Note: Actual timelines may vary based on:

  • Day of the week (orders approved on Fridays may not ship until Monday)

  • Holidays (pharmacy and carrier closures)

  • Weather events affecting shipping

  • High order volume during peak periods


Shipping Method

All orders ship via 2-day air service to ensure timely delivery and proper handling of temperature-sensitive medications.

We do not offer standard ground shipping for prescription medications due to temperature stability requirements.


Tracking Your Shipment

You will receive tracking information:

By email: A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link is sent when your package departs the pharmacy.

In your portal: Log in to my.goodgirlrx.com to view tracking information and shipment status.


Expedited or Rush Shipping

We do not offer expedited shipping beyond our standard 2-day air service. All orders are prioritized equally to ensure medication quality and safety.

If you have an urgent need, contact support to discuss your situation, but please understand that rushing pharmaceutical fulfillment can compromise safety and is not always possible.


Subscription Shipments

For ongoing subscriptions, your refill shipments are timed to arrive before you run out of medication:

  • Monthly plans: Ships approximately 25-28 days after your previous shipment

  • 3-month plans: Ships approximately every 85-90 days

You will receive billing and shipping reminders by email before each cycle.


If Your Order Is Delayed

Delays can occur due to:

  • Provider requests: Your provider may need additional information before finalizing your prescription

  • Pharmacy verification: Complex prescriptions may require additional pharmacist review

  • Address issues: Incomplete or unverifiable addresses delay shipping

  • Payment issues: Declined payments pause order processing

  • Weather events: Severe weather can delay carrier transit

  • Carrier issues: Occasional carrier delays are outside our control

If your order seems delayed:

  1. Check your email for any messages requesting action

  2. Log in to your portal to view order status

  3. Verify your shipping address is complete and correct

  4. Contact support at help.goodgirlrx.com for assistance


Where We Ship

Good Girl Rx ships to all 50 U.S. states.

We do NOT ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO military addresses

  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)

  • International addresses

A valid residential or business address is required for all shipments.
