Your package will contain:

For Injectable Medications:

  • Your medication (vial or pre-filled syringe, depending on product)

Storing Your Medication

Proper storage is critical for medication effectiveness and safety.

Temperature-sensitive medications (most injectables):

  • Refrigerate at 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C)

  • Do NOT freeze

  • Store in original packaging away from light

  • Refrigerate within 24 hours of delivery (cold packs may melt during transit — this is normal if you refrigerate promptly)

Non-refrigerated medications:

  • Store at room temperature (68°F to 77°F / 20°C to 25°C)

  • Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture

  • Store in a cool, dry place

If you're unsure about storage: Check the instructions included with your shipment, or message your provider through the portal.

Taking Your First Dose

Before your first dose:

  1. Read all included instructions completely

  2. Watch any instructional videos linked in your materials (if provided)

  3. Review your provider's dosing schedule in your portal

  4. Prepare your injection site (for injectables): abdomen, thigh, or upper arm

  5. Have supplies ready: medication, syringe, alcohol swab, bandage

For GLP-1 medications specifically:

  • Your starting dose is intentionally low to minimize side effects

  • Doses typically increase gradually over weeks/months

  • Follow your provider's dosing schedule exactly

  • Do NOT increase your dose on your own

If you have questions: Message your provider through your portal before your first dose. Do not proceed if you are unsure about any aspect of administration.

Managing Your Subscription

From your patient portal (my.goodgirlrx.com), you can:

  • Pause your subscription — Temporarily stop shipments without canceling

  • Cancel your subscription — End your treatment (subject to cancellation policy)

  • Update shipping address — Must be done before your next shipment

  • Update payment method — Must be done before your next billing date

Important: Changes must be made before your next billing/shipping date. Once a billing cycle begins or a shipment is prepared, changes may not take effect until the following cycle.

Communicating With Your Provider

Your provider is available through your patient portal for:

  • Medical questions about your treatment

  • Reporting side effects

  • Discussing your progress

Response times: Providers typically respond within 1-2 business days. Urgent medical concerns should be directed to your local healthcare provider or emergency services.

What your provider handles:

  • Medical decisions about your treatment

  • Medication questions

  • Side effect management

What customer support handles:

  • Billing questions

  • Shipping inquiries

  • Account access issues

  • Technical problems with the portal

Tracking Your Progress

Keep track of your treatment journey:

  • Weigh yourself regularly (for weight loss treatments) at the same time of day

  • Note any side effects and their severity

  • Track your injection dates to stay on schedule

  • Document your diet and exercise to identify what supports your goals

  • Take progress photos (optional) for visual reference

Your provider may ask about your progress during follow-ups. Having this information ready helps them make better recommendations for your care.
