Step 1: Complete Your Online Intake Answer questions about your health history, current medications, allergies, and wellness goals. This secure medical questionnaire takes approximately 5-10 minutes and provides your provider with the information needed to evaluate your eligibility.

Step 2: Provider Review A state-licensed physician reviews your intake and completes a full clinical evaluation. In most states, this can be done entirely online. In New Mexico, Kansas, West Virginia, Louisiana, and Mississippi, a short video or phone consultation is required by state law before prescribing.

Step 3: Get Your Prescription If you medically qualify, your provider writes your prescription and sends it to our pharmacy partner. You will receive an email notification with your treatment plan details.

Step 4: Medication Delivered Your medication ships directly to your door in discreet, unmarked packaging. Certain medications require temperature-controlled shipping and will arrive with cold packs and insulation to maintain proper storage conditions.

How to Access Your Account

Your patient portal is where you manage everything — subscriptions, messages to your provider, shipping info, and more.

From your portal you can:

  • Message your provider with medical questions or concerns

  • View and manage your treatments including dosing information

  • Update payment or shipping info before your next billing cycle

  • Cancel, pause, or adjust your subscription at any time

  • Track your shipments with real-time tracking links

  • Access your medical records and treatment history


How Will I Know If I'm Approved?

After you complete your intake, a licensed provider will review your information and medical history. You will receive an email notification once a decision is made — typically within 24-48 hours, though some reviews may take longer if additional information is needed.

If approved:

  • You will see your treatment plan in your patient portal

  • Your payment method will be charged

  • Your medication will ship shortly after

  • You will receive tracking information by email

If you are not approved:

  • You will not be charged

  • Your provider will explain the reason

  • Our team will discuss alternative options or next steps if applicable

Important: Approval is based solely on medical evaluation. Not everyone qualifies for every treatment. Your provider makes this determination based on your health history, current medications, BMI, and other clinical factors.


Who Qualifies for Treatment?

Qualification depends on the specific treatment. Eligibility is determined by a licensed provider based on your complete medical history, not just a single metric.

For GLP-1 Weight Loss Medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide):

  • BMI of 30 or higher (classified as obesity), OR

  • BMI of 27 or higher with at least one weight-related health condition (such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, or sleep apnea)

For Anti-Aging & Wellness Treatments:

  • Qualification varies by treatment

  • Your provider will evaluate your health history, goals, and current medications

  • Some treatments may require baseline lab work or additional screening

Factors that may affect eligibility:

  • Personal or family history of certain medical conditions (e.g., medullary thyroid carcinoma, MEN 2 syndrome)

  • Current medications that may interact with prescribed treatments

Is Insurance Required?

No. Good Girl Rx does not require insurance. We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing that includes:

  • Shipping to your door

HSA and FSA cards are accepted for 3-month or longer plans. We also provide itemized receipts that you can submit to your benefits provider for potential reimbursement.

What States Is Good Girl Rx Available In?

Good Girl Rx is available in all 50 states.

Understanding Our Pharmacy Partners

Good Girl Rx works with licensed compounding pharmacies that operate under FDA and state board of pharmacy regulations.

503A Compounding Pharmacies:

  • Licensed by state boards of pharmacy

  • Compound medications based on patient-specific prescriptions from licensed providers

  • Required to comply with USP (United States Pharmacopeia) standards for compounding

  • Subject to state regulatory oversight and inspections

What "Compounded" Means: A compounded medication is prepared by a licensed pharmacist based on a prescription for an individual patient. Compounded GLP-1 medications contain the same active pharmaceutical ingredients as brand-name versions but are prepared in a pharmacy setting rather than by the original drug manufacturer.
