Cancellation Timing
Whether you can cancel your order depends on where it is in the fulfillment process:
Before Your Order Ships
If your order has NOT shipped yet:
You may be able to cancel before fulfillment begins. Contact support immediately at to request cancellation.
Important: Once your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy and preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible even if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Cancellation fee: A $100 cancellation fee applies to all cancellation requests, regardless of timing. This covers administrative costs, provider consultation time, and pharmacy processing that has already occurred.
After Your Order Ships
If a shipping label has been created or your order has shipped:
Cancellation is NOT possible. Once fulfillment has progressed to the shipping stage, the medication has been prepared and cannot be re-used or returned due to federal and state regulations governing prescription medications.

How to Request Cancellation
Contact support immediately
Provide your name, email, and order number
State clearly that you want to cancel your order
Wait for confirmation — Do not assume your order is canceled until you receive confirmation
The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance cancellation is possible.
