How to Stop Future Billing
Step 1: Log in at my.goodgirlrx.com
Step 2: Click "Treatments"
Desktop: Left sidebar
Mobile: Bottom menu
Step 3: Under "Active", select the treatment you want to manage
Step 4: Select "Plan" from the middle menu
Step 5: Choose the option that works for you:
Pause — temporarily stop shipments
Turn off auto-renew — stops future billing after current plan ends
Cancel membership — ends your subscription
💡 Tip: If you don't see anything listed under "Active," you have no active subscription and won't be billed.
Cancellation Policy
Timing | What Happens |
Before shipping label is created | ✅ Cancellation possible (subject to $100 cancellation fee) |
After shipping label is created | ❌ Cannot cancel—order is in fulfillment |
After order has shipped | ❌ Cannot cancel—medication in transit |
⚠️ Important: Cancel or pause your subscription before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
Refund Policy
Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed or shipped.
This is required by federal and state law—once medication leaves the pharmacy, we cannot verify how it was stored or handled.

Damaged or defective medication | ✅ Replacement provided (report within 48 hours) |

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your medication arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Report within 48 hours of delivery
Go to Chat → "Send message to: Support"
Include photos of the medication and packaging
We'll send a replacement at no cost if confirmed
Why Can't I Get a Refund?
Prescription medications are final sale due to health and safety regulations. Once dispensed:
We cannot accept returns
We cannot reuse or resell medication
We cannot verify storage conditions after delivery
This policy protects your safety and complies with pharmacy law.
