How to Update Your Billing, Shipping, or Payment Information
Accessing Your Account Settings
Step 1: Log into Your Patient Portal → my.goodgirlrx.com
Step 2: Click Your Avatar Locate your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Select "Manage Account" From the dropdown menu, click "Manage Account".
Step 4: Navigate to "Billing & Shipping" Select the "Billing & Shipping" tab.
What You Can Update
Setting | How to Edit |
Payment Method | Add, remove, or update your credit/debit card |
Billing Address | Edit the address associated with your payment method |
Shipping Address | Change where your medication is delivered |
Important Timing Information
Update BEFORE your next billing cycle or shipment.
Scenario | What Happens |
Updated before order processes | ✅ Changes apply to your next shipment |
Updated after order processes | ❌ Changes apply to the following shipment |
Updated after shipping label created | ❌ Current shipment goes to old address |
Pro Tip: Make changes at least 3-5 business days before your next scheduled billing date to ensure they take effect.
Shipping Address Requirements
We can ship to:
✅ Residential addresses
✅ Business addresses
We cannot ship to:
❌ P.O. Boxes
❌ APO/FPO addresses
❌ International destinations
Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to reship your order.

Ensure your card is not expired
Verify your billing address matches what's on file with your bank
If payment fails, update your card immediately to avoid shipment delays
