How to Update Your Billing, Shipping, or Payment Information


Accessing Your Account Settings

Step 1: Log into Your Patient Portalmy.goodgirlrx.com

Step 2: Click Your Avatar Locate your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Select "Manage Account" From the dropdown menu, click "Manage Account".

Step 4: Navigate to "Billing & Shipping" Select the "Billing & Shipping" tab.

Update BEFORE your next billing cycle or shipment.

Pro Tip: Make changes at least 3-5 business days before your next scheduled billing date to ensure they take effect.


Shipping Address Requirements

We can ship to:

  • ✅ Residential addresses

  • ✅ Business addresses

We cannot ship to:

  • ❌ P.O. Boxes

  • ❌ APO/FPO addresses

  • ❌ International destinations


Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to reship your order.

Double-check your address before your next shipment processes.


Payment Method Tips

  • Ensure your card is not expired

  • Verify your billing address matches what's on file with your bank

  • If payment fails, update your card immediately to avoid shipment delays
