How to View Your Payment History
You can view and download records of all payments made on your account.
Steps to View Payment History
Step 1: Log in at my.goodgirlrx.com
Step 2: Left sidebar → "Manage account"
Step 3: Click the "Billing & Shipping" tab at the top of the page.
Step 4: Scroll down to the "Payment history" section.
Step 5: You will see individual payment cards showing:
Field | Description |
Treatment name | The medication the payment was for |
Payment number | Unique ID (e.g., Payment #4533) |
Amount | Dollar amount charged |
Status | Succeeded or Cancelled |
Collected date | Date the payment was processed |
Supply details | What was included in the shipment |
Billing frequency | Your plan billing cycle |
How to Download Payment Receipts
At the top of the Payment history section, click the "Download all" button → downloads receipts for all of your payments. You can use these for HSA/FSA reimbursement submissions.
View Payments for a Specific Treatment
Step 1: Left sidebar → "Treatments"
Step 2: Click on the treatment you want to check.
Step 3: Click the "Payments" tab.
This shows only payments for that specific treatment. The "Download all" button is also available here.
