How to View or Download Your Protected Health Information (PHI)
You have the right to access and download your health information at any time. You can also request deletion of your personal data.
Steps to Access Your PHI
Step 1: Log in at my.goodgirlrx.com
Step 2: Left sidebar → "Manage account"
Step 3: Click the "PHI" tab at the top of the page.
Step 4: You will see two sections:
Protected Healthcare Information
This section says: "You can view and download all your past doctor consultations for your personal records."
Button | What It Does |
Download data | Downloads a file containing all of your past consultations and health records |
View data | Opens your health information for viewing in the portal |
Data Deletion
This section says: "Request deletion of personal data. We'll review and securely delete it in compliance with privacy laws."
Click "Request data deletion" → submit a request. Your data will be reviewed and securely deleted in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
