How to View Your Dosage Instructions
Your dosing schedule is available in your Patient Portal. It shows your current dose, your next dose, and the full plan your provider created for you.
Steps to View Your Dosage Schedule
Step 1: Log in at my.goodgirlrx.com
Step 2: Left sidebar → "Treatments"
Step 3: Click on the treatment card for the medication you want to check (e.g., Tirzepatide under Weight Loss).
Step 4: Click the "Doses" tab.
Step 5: You will see a timeline of your dosing schedule:
Section | What It Shows |
Current dose | Month number, date, medication image, dose amount, frequency, and detailed instructions (e.g., "Inject 0.5ml subcutaneously once a week for 4 weeks") |
Next dose | Upcoming month, date, dose amount, and instructions |
Step 6: Click "View plan doses" (black button at the bottom) → see your entire dosing plan from start to finish.
Setting Your Starting Point
If this is your first time viewing your doses, a pop-up may appear asking for the date of your first injection. Enter the date → click "Confirm" → the portal will calculate your schedule correctly.
