How to Track Your Health Records
Your Patient Portal includes a daily health tracker where you can log your weight, calories, exercise, side effects, and personal notes.
Steps to Add Health Records
Step 1: Log in at my.goodgirlrx.com
Step 2: Dashboard → scroll down to the "Health records" section → click "View all"
Step 3: You will see today's date at the top with the following fields:
Field | What to Log |
Weight | Your current weight |
Calories | Your calorie intake for the day |
Exercise | Your physical activity for the day |
Side effects | Any side effects you are experiencing |
Notes for day | Any other notes or observations |
Step 4: Click "Tap to add" on any field → enter your data.
Navigating Between Days
Use the left and right arrows next to the date → move between days and view or add records for previous dates.
Adding Past Records
Click the "+ Add past records" button → backfill data for days you may have missed.
Calendar View
Below the daily tracker, there is a calendar view showing all months. Days with recorded entries will have dots on them, making it easy to see your tracking consistency.
