Your Dashboard: What You See When You Log In
When you log in to your Patient Portal, you land on your Dashboard (Home screen). This page gives you a snapshot of everything happening with your account.
Greeting
At the top, you will see a personalized greeting: "Good morning, [Your Name]"
Quick Actions Bar
Below the greeting is a row of shortcut buttons. These let you jump directly to common tasks:
Button | What It Does |
Track order | Opens a list of your orders with tracking details |
Manage next shipment | Lets you delay or manage an upcoming shipment |
Add shot | Log a new injection in your shot tracker |
Adjust next dose | Takes you to your dosing schedule |
Add health records | Log your weight, calories, exercise, and more |
Get help | Takes you to the Help and Support page |
Upcoming Dates
Scrollable cards showing your next shots, shipments, and payments with dates.
My Treatments
Cards for each active treatment showing your medication name, dose, frequency, next payment date, and next shipment date.
Click any card → goes to that treatment's detail page.
Click "View all" → see all treatments.
Health Records
A daily tracker where you can log Weight, Calories, Exercise, Side effects, and Notes.
Use the left/right arrows to navigate between days.
Click "View all" → see your full health record history.
