How to Message Your Provider (Doctor)
Your provider is available through the Patient Portal chat. This is the only way to communicate with your doctor about medical questions, dosage changes, side effects, or your treatment plan.
Steps to Message Your Provider
Step 1: Log in at my.goodgirlrx.com
Step 2: Left sidebar → "Chat"
Step 3: You will land on the Chat page. At the bottom of the screen, you will see "Send message to:" with two buttons: "Support" and "Doctor"
Step 4: Click the "Doctor" button.
Step 5: A text field will appear that says "Write your message here." Type your message.
Step 6: To attach a file, click the "+" button to the left of the message field. You can attach:

Step 7: Click the send arrow button → sends your message.
How to Contact Customer Support Instead
If your question is about shipping, billing, your account, or anything non-medical:
Step 1: On the Chat page → click the "Support" button instead of "Doctor."
Step 2: This opens the GiGi support chatbot on the right side of the screen.
Step 3: Select "Current Patient" → describe your issue.
Important
Our customer support team cannot answer medical questions. Any questions about your medication, dosage, side effects, or treatment must be directed to your provider through the "Doctor" chat.
