How to Edit Your Personal Information
You can update your email address and phone number from your Patient Portal.
Steps to Edit Your Information
Step 1: Log in at my.goodgirlrx.com
Step 2: Left sidebar → "Manage account"
Step 3: You will land on the "Profile" tab.
Step 4: Click the "Edit information" button (black button on the right side of your profile card).
Step 5: A pop-up will appear with the following fields:

Step 6: Update your email or phone number as needed.
Step 7: Click "Save"
Why Can't I Change My Name or Date of Birth?
Your name and date of birth are linked to your medical records and prescription. These fields cannot be changed through the portal. If there is an error, please contact support through the chat widget.
