How to View Your Notifications
Your Patient Portal sends you notifications about shipment updates, deliveries, and other important account activity.
Steps to View Notifications
Step 1: Log in at my.goodgirlrx.com
Step 2: Look at the top-right corner of the page. You will see a bell icon. If you have unread notifications, there will be a badge with a number on it.
Step 3: Click the bell icon.
Step 4: A dropdown panel will appear with two tabs: "Inbox" and "Archive"
Step 5: Your notifications will be listed. Click on any notification → view its full details.
Managing Notifications
Action | How |
Mark all as read | Click the checkmark icon at the top of the notification panel |
Filter notifications | Click the filter icon at the top of the panel |
Archive all | Click the "Archive all" button at the bottom of the panel |
Click anywhere outside the notification panel or press Escape → closes it.
