How to Update Your Shipping Address
If you need to change where your medication is delivered, update your shipping address before your next order ships.
Steps to Update Your Shipping Address
Step 1: Log in at my.goodgirlrx.com
Step 2: Left sidebar → "Manage account"
Step 3: Click the "Billing & Shipping" tab.
Step 4: Under "Shipping & billing address," click the small pencil/edit icon to the right of your current address.
Step 5: A pop-up will appear with the following fields:

Address line 1 | Your street address |
Address line 2 | Apartment, suite, or unit number (optional) |
Country | Your country |
City | Your city |
State | Select your state from the dropdown |
Zip code | Your ZIP code |
Step 6: Make your changes → click "Save"
Important
1. Address changes must be made before your next order ships. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, the address cannot be changed.
2. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please use a valid residential or business address.
3. If your order has already shipped to an old address, you will need to contact the carrier (UPS or FedEx) directly to arrange a redirect or hold.
