Learn how to find your tracking number, view shipment status, and track your package with UPS or FedEx from your Patient Portal.

How to Track Your Order

Once your medication has shipped, you can track it directly from your Patient Portal.


Option 1: Track from Your Dashboard

Step 1: Log in at my.goodgirlrx.com

Step 2: Dashboard → Quick Actions bar → click "Track order"

Step 3: A pop-up will appear listing all of your orders. Click on the order you want to track.

Step 4: The Order Details screen will show:

Field

Description

Order number

Your unique order ID (e.g., Order #4482GG)

Status

Current status: Label Created, Shipped, or Delivered

Placed on

The date the order was placed

Expected delivery

Estimated delivery date

Shipping address

The address the order is being sent to

Tracking number

Your carrier tracking number with a copy button next to it

Step 5: Click "Timeline" → expands to show every tracking event (dates, locations, and times).

Step 6: Click "View full history" → see the complete tracking timeline.

Step 7: Click "Track order with UPS" (or FedEx) at the bottom → opens the carrier's tracking page in a new tab.


Option 2: Track from a Treatment Page

Step 1: Left sidebar → "Treatments"

Step 2: Click on the treatment card for the medication you want to check.

Step 3: Click the "Shipments" tab.

Step 4: You will see all past and current shipments listed. Click on any shipment card → see full order details and tracking.


How to Copy Your Tracking Number

Next to your tracking number, there is a small clipboard icon. Click that icon → copies the tracking number to your clipboard. You can then paste it into the UPS or FedEx website directly.
