Understanding Tracking Statuses
Label Created / Shipment Information Sent: A shipping label has been generated, but the carrier has not yet picked up the package. This status may persist for 1-2 business days until the carrier scans the package.
In Transit: Your package is moving through the carrier network. You will see updates as it passes through sorting facilities.
Out for Delivery: Your package is on a delivery vehicle and will be delivered today.
Delivered: The carrier has delivered your package. Check your mailbox, front door, side door, or any other location where packages are typically left.
Tracking Not Updating?
If your tracking hasn't updated in 24-48 hours:
This may be normal if:
The package was just shipped (initial scans can take 24 hours)
It's a weekend or holiday
The package is in transit between sorting facilities
Contact support if:
Tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days
The estimated delivery date has passed
Tracking shows an error or exception
Carrier Information
Shipments are typically sent via UPS or FedEx (carrier may vary). The tracking link in your email will direct you to the correct carrier's tracking page.
Delivery Confirmation
Once your package is delivered:
Retrieve it promptly — Temperature-sensitive medications should be refrigerated within 24 hours of delivery
Inspect the package — Check for visible damage
Confirm contents — Ensure you received the correct medication and supplies
If something is wrong: Contact support within 48 hours of delivery if your package is damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
