How to Delay or Skip a Shipment
If you need to push back your next shipment, you can delay it directly from your Patient Portal.
Steps to Delay a Shipment
Step 1: Log in at my.goodgirlrx.com
Step 2: Dashboard → Quick Actions bar → click "Manage next shipment"
Step 3: A pop-up will appear listing your upcoming pending orders.
Step 4: Click on the order you want to delay.
Step 5: The order detail view will appear → click the "Delay" button.
Step 6: Your shipment will be delayed. If you want to manage a different order, click "Back to order selection" → pick another one.
Important
You can only delay orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispensed and handed to the carrier, it cannot be stopped or redirected.
