GoodGirlRx takes your privacy seriously. If you'd like to request deletion of your personal data, you can do so directly through your Patient Portal. We'll review your request and securely delete your information in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
How to Request Data Deletion
Step 1: Log In to Your Portal
Go to my.goodgirlrx.com and log in to your account.
Step 2: Access Your Account Settings
Select the avatar icon in the top right corner of the screen, then select Manage Account.
Step 3: Navigate to PHI
You'll see three sections: Profile, Billing & Shipping, and PHI. Select PHI (Protected Health Information).
Step 4: Find the Data Deletion Option
On the PHI screen, you'll see two sections:
Section | What It Does |
Download / View Data | View and download all your past doctor consultations for your personal records |
Data Deletion | Request secure deletion of your personal data |
Select Request Data Deletion.
Step 5: Provide a Reason
A prompt will ask you to briefly explain why you'd like to delete your data. Type your reason and continue.
Step 6: Confirm Deletion
Review the notice that all your data will no longer be available in the future, then select Delete Data.
That's it! Your request will be reviewed and processed by our team.
Important Things to Know
Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered
All past consultations and health records will be permanently removed
This action may affect your ability to continue or restart treatment in the future
Deletion is processed in compliance with applicable federal and state privacy laws
