How to Get Help and Support
There are three ways to get help from within your Patient Portal.
Option 1: Help Center (Recommended)
Step 1: Left sidebar → "Help Center" (or click your profile avatar in the top-right → "Help Center")
Step 2: This opens help.goodgirlrx.com in a new tab.
Step 3: Use the search bar to look up your question, or browse by topic:

Cancellations & Refunds | How to cancel, refund policy |

Orders & Shipping | Tracking, delivery, shipping questions |
Billing & Payments | Payment methods, charges, receipts |
Your Treatment | Dosing, medication, side effects guidance |

Option 2: Help & Support Page (In-Portal)
Step 1: Dashboard → Quick Actions bar → click "Get help"
Step 2: You will see two options:
"Chat with support" → Opens the GiGi support chatbot
"Share your feedback" → Submit feedback about your experience
Option 3: GiGi Chat Widget (Available on Every Page)
Step 1: Look for the pink "g" circle icon in the bottom-right corner of any page in your portal.
Step 2: Click it → opens the GiGi support chatbot.
Step 3: Select "Current Patient" if you already have an account, or "Exploring Options" if you are considering signing up.
Step 4: Describe your issue → GiGi will assist you.
Important
We do not offer phone support. All support is handled through the chat widget and the Help Center.
For medical questions, message your provider directly: Left sidebar → "Chat" → click "Doctor" (not "Support").
