How to Manage Your Subscription

You can pause, cancel, or turn off auto-renewal for your subscription directly from your Patient Portal. You do not need to contact support to do this.

How to Get to Subscription Management

Step 1: Log in at my.goodgirlrx.com

Step 2: Left sidebar → "Treatments"

Step 3: Click on the treatment you want to manage.

Step 4: Click the "Plan" or "Manage" tab.

Under "Manage your subscription," you will see the following options:

To Pause Your Treatment

Step 1: Click "Take a break" / "Pause your treatment"

Step 2: A pop-up will appear asking you to tell us why you want to pause. Type your reason in the text box.

Step 3: Select a Restarting date using the date picker → this is the date your treatment will automatically resume.

Step 4: Click "Confirm" to pause, or "Cancel" to go back without making changes.

To Turn Off Auto-Renew

Step 1: Click "Manage subscription" / "Turn off auto-renew"

Step 2: A pop-up will show your next billing date.

Step 3: Click "Confirm" → stops auto-renewal. Your current plan will remain active until the end of your billing period, but you will not be charged again.

Click "Cancel" → go back without making changes.

To Cancel Your Membership

Step 1: Click "Cancel membership" / "End subscription"

Step 2: A confirmation message will appear: "Are you sure you want to cancel? Once you confirm, your plan will end on the last day of your current subscription period."

Step 3: Click "Confirm" to cancel, or "No, don't cancel" to go back.

Important Notes About Cancellation

1. Cancellation stops future shipments only. It does not generate a refund for medications that have already been shipped or dispensed.

2. You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

3. Prescription medications are final sale once dispensed per state and federal pharmacy regulations.

To Place a New Order / Request a Refill

Step 1: Click "Need more medication?" / "Place an order"

Step 2: A pop-up will ask: "Are you sure you want to order a new refill for [medication name]?"

Step 3: Click "Order" to place the refill, or "Cancel" to go back.

To Message Your Provider About Your Plan

Click "Questions or Concerns?" / "Talk to your provider" → takes you to the Chat page where you can message your provider directly.
