Why Am I Seeing "Complete Your Visit" in My Portal?

Why Am I Seeing "Complete Your Visit" in My Portal?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

What Is the "Required Action" Banner?

When you log into your Patient Portal at my.goodgirlrx.com, you may see a banner that says:

Required action: Complete your Weight Loss visit to ensure your prescription is issued and treatment can begin.

This means an online visit was started on your account but was never finished. This is not something we initiated on our end. At some point, you (or someone using your account) began an intake form for a product and didn't complete all the steps.

Why Does This Happen?

There are a few common reasons this shows up:

Scenario

What Happened

You started an intake but got distracted

The visit stays open in your portal until you finish or cancel it

You browsed a different product and clicked "Start Visit"

Each product has its own intake, and starting one creates an open visit

You completed checkout but skipped a step

Payment may have processed, but the clinical intake wasn't fully submitted

The important thing to know: GoodGirlRx does not create visits on your behalf. Every open visit in your portal was started by you.

What Should I Do?

If You Already Have an Active Prescription

If you are already approved, receiving shipments, or currently taking your medication, you do not need to complete this visit. It's likely a second intake you started by accident.

Simply press the Cancel visit button to clear it from your dashboard. This will not affect your current prescription or treatment plan in any way.

If You Recently Checked Out but Haven't Been Prescribed Yet

If you placed an order and are waiting on your prescription but haven't heard from a provider, this banner is likely the reason. Your provider cannot review your case until the intake is fully submitted.

Press the Complete your visit button and finish any remaining questions. Once submitted, a licensed provider will review your information and follow up with next steps.

Quick Reference

Your Situation

What to Do

Already on medication / active plan

Press Cancel visit

Checked out but no prescription yet

Press Complete your visit

Not sure if you finished your intake

Press Complete your visit to check

Started a visit for a product you don't want

Will Canceling a Visit Affect My Current Treatment?

No. Canceling an incomplete visit only removes that unfinished intake from your portal. It has zero impact on any active prescriptions, shipments, or treatment plans you already have in place.
