Understanding Our Refund Policy

All fees and payments charged by GoodGirlRx — including medication costs, membership fees, provider consultation fees, pharmacy fulfillment, and shipping — are non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, and non-creditable once checkout is completed.

When you check out, you are initiating a clinical and pharmacy process that involves real provider time, pharmacy resources, and fulfillment logistics. Because these services begin immediately and cannot be reversed, all associated charges are final.

What This Policy Applies To

This policy covers all completed transactions, including situations where:

  • You changed your mind after checkout

  • You no longer want or need the medication

  • You experienced side effects

  • You found a lower price elsewhere

  • You forgot to cancel your subscription before your billing cycle renewed

  • Your medication is in transit but hasn't arrived yet

  • You didn't open or use the medication

  • You're unsatisfied with your results

We understand these situations can be frustrating. If your medication isn't working the way you hoped, your provider may be able to adjust your treatment plan. Message them through your Patient Portal — they're the best resource for evaluating your progress.

What if I Was Never Prescribed Medication?

If a licensed provider reviews your intake and determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, you will not be charged for medication. No prescription is issued, no medication is prepared, and no payment is collected.

Once a prescription has been issued and your order enters fulfillment, however, all fees are final — regardless of whether you've received or used the medication.

Authorization Holds

If you started checkout but didn't complete your intake, you were not charged. The pending amount on your statement is a temporary authorization hold from your bank — not a transaction. It will fall off within 5–10 business days automatically. No action is needed on your part.

Billing Errors

If you believe a billing error occurred — such as a duplicate charge — contact us through chat with your full name, email, and order details. We will investigate and correct any verified errors promptly.

Damaged or Defective Medication

If your medication arrives visibly damaged or defective, that's a quality assurance matter — not a refund situation. Contact us through chat within 48 hours of delivery with your full name, order number, photos of the medication and packaging, and a description of the issue. We'll review your case and coordinate with the pharmacy on a resolution if the issue is confirmed.
