Return Policy

Prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed.

Understanding Our Return Policy

Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned, reused, resold, or restocked once they have been dispensed by a pharmacy. This applies to every prescription medication provider in the United States — it is not unique to GoodGirlRx.

Once your medication has been dispensed and shipped, the pharmacy cannot accept it back. It cannot be reissued to another patient. This is a patient safety requirement under the law.

Does It Matter if the Medication Is Unopened?

This policy applies regardless of the condition of the medication — whether it is unopened, sealed, unused, partially used, expired, or simply unwanted. Once dispensed and shipped, it cannot be returned for any reason.

Damaged or Defective Medication

If your medication arrives visibly damaged, leaking, broken, or otherwise defective, please contact us through chat within 48 hours of delivery. We'll need:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the medication and packaging

  • A description of the damage or defect

We'll review your case and, if confirmed, coordinate directly with the pharmacy on a resolution — which may include a replacement shipment at the pharmacy's discretion. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Wrong Medication Received

If you received medication that doesn't match your prescription, contact us through chat immediately with your full name, order number, and a photo of what you received. Do not take any medication that doesn't match your prescribed treatment. We'll work with the pharmacy to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but you didn't receive it, you'll need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (UPS or FedEx). GoodGirlRx is unable to file carrier claims on behalf of customers.

If tracking shows your package is lost in transit and hasn't updated, contact us through chat and we'll do our best to help — though resolution is ultimately dependent on the carrier.
