Updating Your Payment Method

You can update your payment method through your patient portal at any time.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your portal at my.goodgirlrx.com

  2. Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner

  3. Select "Manage Account" from the dropdown menu

  4. Select "Billing & Shipping" from the menu

  5. Edit your payment method — add a new card or update existing information

  6. Save your changes


When to Update

Update your payment method:

  • Before your next billing date — to ensure your charge processes successfully

  • If your card is expiring soon — update before the expiration date

  • If your card was lost or stolen — update immediately

  • If a charge was declined — update and contact support if needed


Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

  • Debit cards: With Visa or Mastercard logo

  • HSA/FSA cards: For 3-month or longer plans (card must have Visa/Mastercard logo)

We do NOT accept:

  • PayPal

  • Checks or money orders

  • Cash

  • Cryptocurrency

  • Wire transfers


If Your Update Fails

If you cannot update your payment method:

  1. Verify your card information is entered correctly (number, expiration, CVV)

  2. Check that your billing address matches the address on file with your bank

  3. Ensure your card is not blocked for online purchases

  4. Try a different card if the issue persists

  5. Contact support at help.goodgirlrx.com for assistance
