How to Log Out of Your Patient Portal
When you are done using your Patient Portal, log out to keep your account secure.
Steps to Log Out
Step 1: Click your profile avatar (the small circle icon) in the top-right corner of the page.
Step 2: A dropdown menu will appear showing your name and email address.
Step 3: Click "Logout" at the bottom of the dropdown.
You will be signed out and returned to the login screen.
