How to Pause Your Treatment

Need a few weeks off? No problem. When you select "Take a break" or "Manage," a Pause Treatment box will appear.

Step 1: Let us know why you're pausing in the text field. This helps us improve your experience.

Step 2: Choose your pause type:

Pause Type

How To

Pause with a restart date

Leave the checkbox unchecked and select the date you'd like to restart using the calendar picker

Pause indefinitely

Check the box next to "Pause treatment indefinitely (no scheduled restart)" and resume whenever you're ready

Step 3: Click "Confirm" and you're all set.

How to Turn Off Auto-Renew

Select "Turn off auto-renew" from the options menu. You'll keep full access to your plan until the current period ends, and no future charges will be made. Simple as that.

How to Cancel Your Membership

Select "Cancel membership" to end your subscription completely. Cancellation stops all future shipments and billing going forward.

Please note: Cancellations apply to future orders only. Medications that have already been shipped or dispensed are not eligible for refunds per federal pharmacy regulations.

Good to Know

💡 Don't see anything listed under "Active"? That means you don't have an active subscription and won't be billed. Nothing to do on your end!

To avoid charges for your next cycle, make any changes before your upcoming billing date.
