What Promo Codes Are For

Promo codes provide a one-time discount on a single order when entered at checkout. The discount applies only to that specific transaction.


When You Must Apply Your Code

Promo codes must be entered during checkout before you complete payment. This is the only opportunity to apply a discount code.


How to Apply a Promo Code

  1. Complete your intake form and reach the checkout/payment screen

  2. Locate the "Discount code" or "Promo code" field

  3. Enter your code exactly as shown (codes are case-sensitive)

  4. Click "Apply" and confirm the discount appears in your order total

  5. Complete your purchase


What Promo Codes Cannot Do

Cannot be applied to past orders: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, no promo code can be added. We cannot issue partial refunds, credits, or adjustments for codes not entered at checkout.

Cannot be saved for future orders: A promo code applies only to the checkout where it's entered. You cannot "bank" a code for a future renewal, refill, or separate purchase.

Cannot be applied to subscription renewals: If you're on a multi-month plan, your promo code discount applied to your initial order only. Renewals are charged at your plan's standard rate.

Cannot be combined: Only one code per order. Multiple codes cannot be stacked.

Cannot be transferred: Codes are non-transferable between accounts or orders.


Code Eligibility Restrictions

New customers only: Most codes are valid for first-time customers only. If you've previously ordered from Good Girl Rx, the code will not work.

Product/plan-specific: Some codes apply only to certain treatments (e.g., Semaglutide, Tirzepatide) or specific plan lengths (e.g., 3-month, 6-month). Verify your code matches your selection.

Expiration dates: All promo codes expire. Expired codes cannot be honored under any circumstances.

Single-use: Each code can only be used once per customer.


Why Your Code Might Not Work

"Invalid Code" — The code is expired, misspelled, or doesn't apply to your selected product/plan.

"Code Already Used" — You've already used this code on a previous order.

"Not Eligible" — Your account or order doesn't meet the code's requirements (e.g., returning customer using a new-customer code).


I Forgot to Apply My Code

If you completed checkout without entering your promo code, we cannot apply the discount retroactively. This policy applies to all orders without exception. Please double-check that your discount is reflected before submitting payment.


Can I Get a Promo Code?

We do not issue promo codes upon request. Codes are distributed exclusively through:

  • Official GoodGirlRx social media accounts

  • Email marketing to subscribers

  • Partner and influencer collaborations

  • Limited-time promotional campaigns

Promotional Pricing vs. Promo Codes

Occasionally, GoodGirlRx runs site-wide promotional pricing that applies automatically — no code needed. This is separate from individual promo codes and the two cannot be combined.
