Provider Communication Through Your Portal

Your licensed provider is available through your patient portal at my.goodgirlrx.com.

To message your provider:

2. Click "Chat" (left menu on desktop, bottom menu on mobile)

3. Click "Doctor" to message your provider


Response Times

Providers typically respond within 1-2 business days. Response times may be longer during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods.


What Your Provider Handles

Contact your provider for:

  • Medical questions about your treatment

  • Side effects — reporting symptoms and getting guidance

  • Dosage questions — understanding your dosing schedule

  • Dosage adjustment requests — asking to increase, decrease, or hold your dose

  • Medication interactions — questions about other medications you're taking

  • Progress updates — sharing your results and getting feedback

  • Treatment concerns — any medical issues related to your care
