How to Reset Your Password

  1. Click "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" on the login page

  2. Enter your email address — The email associated with your account

  3. Check your email for a password reset link (check spam/junk if not in inbox)

  4. Click the link in the email

  5. Create a new password — Choose something secure and memorable

  6. Log in with your new password


Password Reset Email Not Arriving?

Wait a few minutes: Reset emails can take up to 10 minutes to arrive.

Check spam/junk: Reset emails sometimes get filtered.

Verify your email address: Make sure you're using the correct email associated with your account.

Check for typos: Ensure you entered your email address correctly.

Try again: Request another reset link if the first one doesn't arrive.

Password Tips

Create a strong password:

  • At least 8 characters
