Password Reset Email Not Arriving?

If you are unable to log in or reset your password because you are not receiving the necessary emails, this guide provides steps to identify and resolve the issue. Common causes include browser or session problems and incorrect email addresses.

Wait a few minutes: Reset emails can take up to 10 minutes to arrive.

Clear your browser cache and cookies: This can resolve conflicts caused by stored data.

Check spam/junk: Reset emails sometimes get filtered.

Use incognito or private browsing mode: Attempt the login or password reset process in a private browsing window to avoid session conflicts.

Verify your email address: Make sure you're using the correct email associated with your account.

Check for typos: Ensure you entered your email address correctly.

Try again: Request another reset link if the first one doesn't arrive.

Add Good Girl Rx 💕 to your email provider’s safe sender list: This can prevent emails from being marked as spam or blocked.

Contact support: If you still can't reset your password after trying the above, contact help.goodgirlrx.com for assistance.
