I want to cancel but I have already been scripted. What can I do?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

If your provider has already approved you and your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, we will need to check with the pharmacy to see if cancellation is still possible. This depends on where your medication is in the compounding process. If the pharmacy allows cancellation, there is a non-refundable $100 clinical and processing fee due to the costs already incurred when initiating your treatment. If a shipping label has been created, there are no refunds. Please message support through your portal for assistance.
