Understanding Your Authorization Hold

We know seeing a charge on your card before your order ships can feel confusing. Here's what's happening:

When you complete checkout, you'll see an authorization hold on your card. This is NOT a completed charge yet.

What's the difference?

An authorization hold reserves the funds on your card but doesn't actually charge you. Your card is only captured (charged) after your provider reviews and approves your treatment.

If you're not medically approved, the authorization automatically falls off your account within 3-5 business days (timing depends on your bank).

Why do it this way?

This protects you from being charged for treatment you can't receive. We hold the funds during medical review, then either complete the charge (if approved) or release it back to you (if declined).

Still seeing a charge after being declined?

If you were declined but still see a charge after 5 business days, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or through the chat. We'll work with your bank to resolve it quickly.
