Thank you for joining Good Girl Rx 💕. We are excited to support you on your wellness journey. After enrolling, you may be wondering what happens next. This guide walks you through what to expect.

Welcome to your portal

After enrolling, we recommend taking a moment to explore your patient portal at https://my.goodgirlrx.com. This is where you will communicate with your provider, view updates to your chart, check order status, and manage your subscription.

Provider review and approval

Within approximately 1–2 business days, a licensed provider will review the answers you submitted in your medical intake. Your provider may message you if additional information or clarification is needed. If you have any questions or concerns, please message your provider in the portal as soon as possible. Approvals can happen quickly.

After you are approved

If you are approved, your electronic prescription (eRx) will be sent to one of our licensed 503(a) compounding pharmacy partners. These pharmacies compound your medication specifically for you at the time of scripting.

Compounding and shipping timeline

Compounded medications require several steps of quality control to ensure safety and consistency. Most pharmacy partners quote 7–10 business days after receiving your eRx. Some orders may ship sooner, while others may take the full timeline based on volume, ingredients, and medication type.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Tracking and order updates

Many of our pharmacy partners issue tracking when your order ships.

If your pharmacy integrates with our system, tracking will automatically appear in your Good Girl Rx portal.

If your portal continues to show “pending,” this is normal. It means the pharmacy does not sync tracking automatically. In these cases, the pharmacy will send tracking via email or text.

We recommend signing up for UPS and FedEx delivery notifications for the most accurate updates.

If your package arrives warm

Your medication is stable during standard transit conditions. If it arrives warm, there is no loss of effectiveness. Please place your medication in the refrigerator as soon as you receive it.

Check all packaging carefully

Some pharmacy partners include dosing instructions on bubble wrap, labels, or packaging inserts. Please inspect your shipment carefully before discarding any packaging to ensure nothing important is thrown away.

Refills

Your refill schedule and upcoming billing details are available in your patient portal. For full information, please see our refill article.

Support

Our support team is available seven days a week through your patient portal messenger for non-medical questions. All medical questions, including dose adjustments or symptoms, must be directed to your provider through the provider chat in your portal.

Thank you for choosing Good Girl Rx 💕.
